Tai Chi 🥋
We have two classes on a Tuesday morning:
9:30–10.30 and 11:00–12:00
They both follow the same programme. We follow the Simplified 24 Taijiquan form. We warm up with a few Qigong exercises. A new part of the form is learned each week. We practise each week. We warm down with a few Qigong exercises.
